This Returns & Exchanges Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Lanolla Holdings Inc. (“Lanolla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of luxury resale, authentication requirements, and the high-value items we offer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason other than those explicitly outlined in this Policy.
Please review all product images, descriptions, condition details, and measurements before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item, contact us prior to ordering.
2. Authenticity Guarantee
Lanolla guarantees the authenticity of every item sold.
Each product undergoes a thorough inspection and authentication process by qualified experts.
Because authenticity verification is completed before the item is listed for sale, we do not accept returns based on “authenticity concerns” unless you provide verifiable, written documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service within 48 hours of delivery.
Lanolla reserves the right to approve or deny any authenticity dispute at our discretion.
3. Condition Disclosure
Lanolla provides detailed condition notes, photos, and descriptions for all products. Condition is always disclosed to the best of our ability.
Normal signs of wear for pre-owned luxury goods—including surface wear, light scratches, minor hardware scuffing, and small imperfections—do not qualify for returns, refunds, or disputes.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

Condition may include minor cosmetic imperfections typical of pre-owned items.

You have reviewed all available photos and descriptions.
4. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Buyers are solely responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Lanolla is not responsible for:

Packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the buyer

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
No refunds or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the shipping box

Photos of all packaging materials

Photos of the item from all angles

A description of the issue
Failure to provide time-stamped photographic evidence within the 24-hour window will void eligibility for review.
Lanolla will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a claim is valid.
6. Finality of Transactions
Once an order is placed:

It cannot be modified

It cannot be cancelled

It cannot be refunded

It cannot be exchanged
This includes orders placed in error or duplicate orders.
7. Live Shopping & Auction Purchases
All purchases made through:

Whatnot
-
Live stream events
-
Auctions
-
Flash sales
-
“Buy It Now” sections
are subject to the All Sales Final policy without exception.
Buyers must fully review items during the live presentation prior to purchase.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
All chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals filed against Lanolla for items that comply with this Policy will be considered fraudulent.
Lanolla reserves the right to:

Ban buyers from future purchases

Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
By completing your purchase, you agree to abide by this Policy and understand that initiating a chargeback on a legitimate order may result in legal action.
9. International Orders
International buyers are responsible for:
